Secondary Nameserver SOA Magic Numbers
SOA values control loading from Primary
- Checks for new serial number every REFRESH seconds
- If cannot connect to Primary, retries every RETRY seconds
- If cannot connect to Primary after EXPIRE seconds, zone is flushed (I.e., you just disappeared from the Internet)
